FIU Health Expands to Include New Cardiology Practice

With the addition of a new medical office in Miami specializing in cardiology, FIU Health now has three locations offering world-class care in our community. The new FIU Health Faculty Group Practice located at 9200 Sunset Drive joins the other Miami-Dade location on the main FIU campus (Modesto Maidique Campus), and the office at Broward Health Medical Center.

The board-certified cardiologists providing care at the Sunset office are Julius Gasso, MD, Jose Martel, MD, and Jeffrey Simmons, MD; all of whom are assistant professors at the FIU Herbert Wertheim College of Medicine.
